invisible to humans
who see only chaos.

...We are about to get chaos weather-wise as sleet, snow & freezing rain is moving in!!

This echoes very much my own idea of chaos. Is it chaotic, or are we simply too blind and simple to see?
Excellently done.

Yeah, too true, I do believe that there is an order in chaos!

Great, Sue. It is comforting to know there is a pattern to all this even if we can't see it.
The engineer in me likes some order. You may have looked at the 'law of large numbers' in relation to society.
Too much, too many people, and chaos happens.

You speak of a finer element, that eludes us. You show a lovely pattern, thank you.

Wow. Yes, we see only chaos

Chaos. The idea itself suggests we forget the limits of our own vision. I suppose antonym could be humility.

How true this is...so many of us get caught up in our own chaos, and forget to just stop and be still.

I like this flip!
We may well be so busy trying to see patterns in the chaos that we miss the chaos being part of the pattern!

We don't know as much as we think we do. Right! Excellent post!

Very nicely done, Sue. Sometimes I think we can glimpse the pattern, but just can't keep enough distance the grasp the whole thing. Thank you.

Christine -- my apologies, I haven't gotten the hang of the moderation yet (I think I'm going to turn it off!) and I accidentally deleted your comment. I appreciate the thought!!

That's OK, Sue. I meant what I said about you and Beth getting this prompt.

I believe there are patterns in nature if we take time to look. They won't typically be linear or mathematical in nature. Maybe more fractal?

We all live with chaos in the fast paced angry world. I tired of trying to keep up. Well said.

I love the patterns in nature- both visible and invisible; nice!

Appreciating the limited vision we have, remaining cautious of selective vision.
The deeper we go, the more we let go, the more wondrous the mystery.
Beautiful reminder.
